For all emergency issues involving the community association, please call the main office number for Brown Community Management at (480) 539-1396.  If your call is received after normal business hours, it will be routed to ensure that emergency issues receive an immediate response.  A trained representative will answer your call, and your community manager will be contacted as needed to promptly resolve the emergency issue.   For non-emergency issues that may be resolved on the next business day such as accounting questions, compliance and enforcement letters and architectural requests, please contact your community manager.   For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911.
